and on bus routes 184, 307, 326, 383, 384, 626 and 84.
Nearest Tube Station is High Barnet (Northern Line) and 15 minutes beautiful walk to venue. You can also take buses 326, 384.
Next nearest Tube Station is Oakwood (Piccadily Line) then take bus 307.
Car Parking: Car Park is next to the Centre and in the nearby streets parking can be found easily.

If you have a small group of people and have a space which allows to spread each participant at a minimum of 2 meter distance apart, we can come to your area as well. We will follow Safety Protocols provided by our Government when delivering the session/s.

Angamardhana - Very much a Fitness Lab, for those who want to have a physically challenging regime each day.
Yogasanas - Beginner & Advanced - Very Gentle, Subtle, Harmonious process. Both Surya Kriya & Angamardana practices will help knead the body, mind, energies to prepare one to experience the potential of this wholeness practice. It can be learnt as a first practice too though having a base of Surya Kriya or Angamardana or both is an added support.
